Winnovative Software Products Delivery

The payment process for Winnovative Software products is implemented using the SWReg and Share-It services. They offer you a large spectrum of payment methods. You have the possibility to pay by credit card, wire transfer, checks, cash, purchase orders, direct debit, etc (please contact one of our payment providers if you need more details about a payment method). After your order was processed you'll automatically receive an email with the license key for the purchased product to the registered email address. The license key string contains in an encrypted format the purchased product ID, the unique order ID, the license key type (deployment or redistributable) and an additional information used to validate the license key at runtime.

The received license key can be used to transform the downloaded evaluation version into a licensed version. All you have to do is to set the LicenseKey property of the product with the purchased license key. All our sample applications are using a demo license key and it should be easy to replace that demo license key with the purchased license key to get a fully functional sample application.

We don't deliver a copy of the product in a physical format (like a DVD copy). You can download at any moment the latest version of the product from our Download page. It is a good practice and we recommend to check if you have the latest version of the product before deploying your application in production. Using the purchased license key you can transform the downloaded version into a licensed fully functional version.

Winnovative Software Refunds Policy

In general we don't accept refund requests for Winnovative Software products. The reasons for this decision are:

  • All of our evaluation versions are fully functional
  • You can evaluate our products for an unlimited period of time
  • The products are well documented and we offer fully functional samples with full source code to get started with the product
  • We offer free technical and sales support by email during the evaluation period and after the product purchase
  • We encourage you to completely test our products both in development and production environments to see if they entirely meet your expectations before making the purchase decision
