Winnovative License Renewal
A purchased license never expires and can be used with the product version for which it was issued for an unlimited period of time at no additional cost. To continue receiving technical support and software updates after the maintenance period included with the initial purchase has ended, you need to renew the software maintenance using one of the options below.

If the maintenance is not renewed within a grace period of up to 15 days after its expiration, a new license purchase is normally required to receive future software updates. However, if the renewal is completed within one year after the expiration of the previous maintenance period, a 20% discount on the full license price is still available.

The toolkits include both the Next components and the Classic products suite.

Individual Licenses Renewal
Some products can be purchased individually, while others are available only as part of a toolkit. In general, Classic suite products can be licensed separately. Certain Next suite components can also be licensed individually, while others are available exclusively within a toolkit.

Same License for Classic and Next Renewal
Although Classic and Next are different product suites, for the products listed below the same individual license can be used for both the Classic product and the corresponding Next component. These products are also included in the Winnovative toolkits.

Renewal of Next Components Available Only in Toolkits
Some Winnovative Next components such as Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, RTF to PDF and Markdown to PDF are available only as part of PDF Toolkit PRO and Toolkit Total, and it is necessary to renew the entire toolkit. Please contact sales if you purchased an individual license for a Classic version of one of these products and you want to use the corresponding Next component.

Classic Individual Licenses Renewal
The following products are licensed individually as Classic products only. For some products there is no equivalent Next component such as Excel Library, PDF to HTML, PDF Print. For others including Word to PDF and Excel to PDF, a Next component exists but is sold only as part of a toolkit. Some functionality such as PDF Merge and PDF Security is included in the Core component of the Next library and is not licensed separately.
